Aircraft in storage on Tarmac P48 / Corrosion Corner
The following aircraft are currently in storage on the new Tarmac P48. It is located 200 meters right of "Point 2" on our
Main Photo Points
section, and all aircraft stored can be easily photographed from the perimeter road outside of the Airport.
Baboo (F7)
Will operate its last Embraer 190 flight on November 7th. All three Embraer 190 will be removed from service at this date an returned to lessor. Baboo will operate only two Bombardier Q400 during the winter, possibly adding a third aircraft of the type. Service to London City and Athens will be dropped by early November.

Emirates (EK)
Has announced its intention to launch a daily Dubai-Geneva flight on June 1st 2011. Emirates' new service will be operated with a mix of Boeing 777-200LR and Boeing 777-300, the latter operating Tuesday's flight. Schedules will be 1410-1540 (EK089/90). Slots have been granted at Geneva Airport.

Ukraine International (PS)
Has launched a three times weeky year round Geneva-Kiev service on April 28th. Ukraine International operates the route every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday (1735-1835 / PS485/6) with Boeing 737-300 equipment.

Uzbekistan Airways (HY)
Has added a second weekly frequency between Geneva and Tashkent on June 1st. The airline now operates a flight every Tuesday (1500-1610 / HY255/6 / TAS-GVA-MAD-TAS) and every Saturday (0620-0750 / HY255/6 / TAS-MAD-GVA-TAS) with Airbus A310-300 equipment. There will be no more flight on Friday though.

Twin Jet (T7)
Has launched a twice daily (weekdays only) Geneva-Milan Malpensa service on April 12th replacing Baboo which has given up the route at the same date. Twin Jet will operate the route with a Beech 1900D permanently based in Geneva. Schedules call for a departure from Geneva at 0720 (T79017), returning at 0940 (T79018) and a departure at 1815 (T79019) returning at 2035 (T79020). The aircraft will spend the night and the week-end in Geneva.
